Hi, I’m Cathy - the baker behind Cathy's Cakes in Walsall West Midlands.

 

I have been a hobby baker for nearly 20 years, baking mainly for family and friends. Also I spent a lot of time baking for the office where l work.

 

Now I have decided to take the big step of registering my home baking business.

 

At the moment, I bake cupcakes, traybakes, truffles, fudge and cookies.

 

I offer collections, local deliveries and postal bakes.

 

 

I have completed my Level 2 hygiene course and an allergen course, and now Cathy's Cakes has been awarded the highest possible level 5 Food Hygiene Rating by the Food Standards Agency so you can order with confidence knowing that everything is prepared to high hygiene and safety standards.
